You can call and ask about their prices and what type of activities they have to do. Ask how much experience their staff has in the activities you're interested in to know that a person who is qualified to help you will be there. Make a reservation so you know they will have room for you when you're on your vacation. They may also tell you about special trips they're offering, such as a trail throughout the natural surroundings. Some ranches may be renovating certain areas to make them easier to house guests. If you're interested in working at a dude ranch, you can also call them and ask what jobs are available. Property prices for a dude ranch will fluctuate depending on the condition of the land and how many acres it consists of. If you want to buy or sell land you will find how to do so online or finding a real estate agent in a phone book. Property that's for sale will range in price, but can be a great way to start a farm, raise cattle, or to start your own dude ranch.
